Checking the device

Inspection of goods before shipping

  • Ordered goods are checked before being sent to the customer:
    • A visual inspection of intimate goods is carried out;
    • The devices are being checked;
    • This is done to weed out defects before delivery;
    • This helps to increase customer satisfaction with the purchase process.

After successful delivery and before the first use of the device - the customer must check it!

  • Open the original packaging carefully - so that it:
    • not be damaged (deformed or torn);
    • complete (no missing or lost order documents, enclosed instructions, tips or controls).
  • Carefully remove the device from the shipping packaging (cardboard box or postal parcel);
  • Pick up the order documents and make sure that the ordered goods have been delivered.

If some ordered goods have a protective covering, you must first test the idling capability of the device without removing the protective covering!

  • Try the devices without the tips (if they are included);
  • Test the device with the tips (if they are included), changing them one by one, until they are all tested.
  • When the device check is complete:
    • If the device works without any problems, you can remove the protective packaging and start to enjoy it!
    • If the appliance is defective or does not work, please contact the delivery department to resolve the situation.

Right of cancellation

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

It is important to know that:

  • when returned to the trader, the product must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging, without torn or damaged markings;
  • the buyer is responsible for keeping the goods in their original condition, i.e. free from perfume, tobacco or other odours, as well as cosmetics and other stains;
  • the right of withdrawal does not apply if: the consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
